A local operator, answering our own phone

Visit Kashmir is a Srinagar-based tour operator. We are not a call centre in another city reselling your trip - we live here, we drive these roads every week, and we answer the phone ourselves.

Most Kashmir "operators" you find online are agencies in Delhi or Bengaluru who sell you a trip and then hand it to whichever local supplier is cheapest that week. That is where substituted hotels and vanishing drivers come from. We run the trip ourselves: our own vehicles, drivers we have worked with for years, and hotels we have personally stayed in.
