We are a Srinagar-based operator, we monitor road and weather conditions daily, and we will proactively re-route your itinerary if anything changes. Carry a government photo ID at all times.
Six days and five nights is the sweet spot - it covers Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg without a single rushed morning. Four days works if you skip Sonmarg. Anything under three days is best kept to Srinagar and Dal Lake alone.
Every quoted price includes accommodation, daily breakfast and dinner, all transfers and sightseeing in a private vehicle, driver allowance, fuel, tolls and parking, and 24x7 on-trip support. Airfare, Gondola tickets, pony rides, local union taxis at the meadows and lunches are excluded and listed clearly on each package page.
Send an enquiry with your dates and group size and we will send a written itinerary and quote within a few hours. To confirm, we take 30% as an advance and the balance on arrival in Srinagar. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards.
Cancel more than 30 days before arrival for a full refund of the advance minus transaction charges. Between 15 and 30 days, 50% of the advance is retained. Under 15 days the advance is non-refundable. Cancellations caused by road closures or flight cancellations are rescheduled at no charge.

No. Gondola tickets are sold directly by the J&K Cable Car Corporation and prices change, so we keep them out of the package price. We will book them for you at cost if you give us your dates at least a week in advance - Phase II sells out quickly in season.
Yes. Every package includes pickup from Srinagar (SXR) airport and a drop on your departure day. Share your flight details after booking and our driver will meet you at the arrivals gate with a name board.
