We plan the trip, and we're here while you're on it
Visit Kashmir is a tour operator based in Srinagar. We are not a call centre in another city reselling your trip. We live here, we drive these roads every week, and we answer the phone ourselves.
A lot of Kashmir packages online are sold by agencies in other cities and then passed to whichever local supplier is cheapest that week. That is usually where the swapped hotel or the driver who never turns up comes from. We work the other way round. Our office is in Karan Nagar, Srinagar, we plan every trip ourselves, and when something changes on the road - a closed pass, a late flight, snow on the way to Gulmarg - you hear it from us first, along with what we are doing about it.
