Yes. The tourist circuit of Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg and the meadows sees lakhs of visitors every year and is routinely secured. We are based in Srinagar and check road and weather conditions every day. If anything changes, we will re-route your itinerary before it becomes your problem. Carry a government photo ID with you at all times.
Six days and five nights is about right. That covers Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg without a single rushed morning. Four days works if you skip Sonmarg. With less than three days, keep it to Srinagar and Dal Lake.
Every quoted price includes your stay, breakfast and dinner every day, all transfers and sightseeing in a private vehicle, driver allowance, fuel, tolls and parking, and 24x7 support during the trip. Airfare, Gondola tickets, pony rides, local union taxis at the meadows and lunches are not included, and each package page lists them clearly.
Send us an enquiry with your dates and group size, and we will send a written itinerary and quote within a few hours. To confirm, you pay 30% as an advance and the balance when you arrive in Srinagar. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cards.
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, we refund the full advance minus transaction charges. Between 15 and 30 days before arrival, we keep 50% of the advance. Within 15 days, the advance is non-refundable. If a road closure or flight cancellation forces the cancellation, we reschedule your trip at no charge.
Yes, and that is most of what we do. Every package on this site is a starting point. Tell us your dates, budget, pace and what you care about, and we will build the trip around it, including quieter valleys like Doodhpathri, Yusmarg, Gurez and Bangus that rarely make it onto standard tours.
No. The J&K Cable Car Corporation sells Gondola tickets directly and the prices change, so we keep them out of the package price. Give us your dates at least a week ahead and we will book them for you at cost. Phase II sells out quickly in season.
Yes. Every package includes pickup from Srinagar (SXR) airport and a drop on the day you leave. Send us your flight details after booking, and our driver will meet you at the arrivals gate with a name board.
