A short women-only break: two nights on a Dal Lake houseboat, one in a hotel, a female trip captain and no early starts.
Pickups from the airport run through the morning, and a shikara takes you across to the houseboat for a group lunch on board. The afternoon is for Nishat and Shalimar Bagh, with dinner back on the water. Overnight on the houseboat.
The sunrise floating vegetable market is there if you want it. Late in the morning you head into the old city for Jamia Masjid, the Shah-e-Hamdan shrine and a sozni embroidery session with women artisans. Wazwan dinner in the evening.
Chashme Shahi, Pari Mahal and the view from Shankaracharya, then check in to the hotel for your last night. The evening is free for the shops around Polo View, or a second shikara with kahwa.
Breakfast, then drops to the airport.
